Since OpenAI created APIs that allow developers to utilize GPT-3 and GPT-4 language models, certain tools like langChain have also flourished. What is their added value? They provide simple and common abstractions to enable developers to experiment with large language models (LLMs), not just those from OpenAI, but also from Cohere, Anthropic, and so on.
