After conducting extensive testing with this feature, I’ve discovered its potential and will create a separate post about it. One suggestion for an additional feature that I found would be incredibly useful is the ability to upload multiple pictures and merge the context to obtain answers. Perhaps this is something that will be introduced in the future, as it would greatly enhance the functionality and versatility of the tool.
2. Share responses through links: This feature allows for easy collaboration and idea sharing. You can quickly export or share a response via Google Docs or email.
Sharing to a document is a fantastic feature, but it would be even better if we could automatically keep adding to the same document without constantly needing to click to share. This improvement would enhance productivity and collaboration, allowing us to seamlessly contribute and work together more effectively.
3. Organize and pin conversations: Conversations can now be organized on the left side and pinned for easy navigation. You can even give them names. However, it would be helpful to have the ability to add tags to link multiple conversations together.
I really enjoy the pinning feature, but it would be great if I had the ability to clean up or organize the questions. For example, if I asked 10 questions but only wanted to save 3 of them in the pinned section, it would be a valuable enhancement to have. This way, I could prioritize and focus on the most important questions, making the pinning feature even more useful and customizable.
4. Text-to-voice technology: Bard can read responses out loud in over 40 languages. With just one button click, you can listen to the translated content. This feature is incredibly useful.
After testing this feature, I found it to be highly beneficial. One enhancement that would further enhance its usefulness is the option to choose between hearing a brief summary or a detailed text. This way, as a user, I can first listen to the short summary and if I desire more information, I can opt to listen to the longer text. This added flexibility would provide a personalized experience, allowing users to tailor their consumption of information based on their preferences and needs.
5. Customize response tone and style: You can now choose the tone and style of the responses with a simple one-button option. Whether you prefer a simple, long, short, professional, or casual tone, Bard can adapt to your preference.
The feature is fantastic, but I have a recommendation for an enhancement. It would be really beneficial to have the ability to quickly toggle between the summary of the text and the actual text. This way, users can easily switch back and forth based on their needs and preferences, allowing for a more efficient and flexible reading experience. With this enhancement, users can conveniently access a concise summary for a quick overview, and then dive into the full text for a more comprehensive understanding when desired.
6. Multilingual support: Bard is available in various languages, including Arabic, Chinese, German, Hindi, Tamil, and Spanish. You can use it to communicate in multiple languages effortlessly.
7. Export Python code to Replit. May be they support github integration in the future?
