Blake Lemoine, the software engineer fired by Google after warning that AI seemed conscious, says its misbehavior is a "runaway train" of "dangerous experiments" that requires regulation: "When you predicted upcoming train wreck and a bunch of people shouted that the train doesn't exist, you don't really feel vindicated when the engine hits."
